RETURN POLICY

We provide exchanges for documented damage notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.

*Custom Jewelry- Every piece of custom jewelry is one of a kind, therefore, it is not eligible for cash return but can be eligible for exchange if we made a mistake on your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin to process your items. If you would like to cancel a custom purchase, the restocking fee is 30 percent of the total amount of the item.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 6 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
